Edmardo Galli

Prior to founding Media Rights, Edmardo Galli was the General Manager for Latin
America operations of Umbro.com, a sports oriented dotcom headquartered in
London - managed by Doughty Hanson & Co, one of Europe's largest independent
private equity fund managers.
Among the responsibilities held by Galli:
:: Conceived and executed the strategic plan and overall direction of the company
in Latin America
:: Developed and managed the annual budget for the region
:: Oversaw all legal processes related to the company (contracts and employees) for each
country (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Chile)
:: Supervised the marketing, financial, business development and operational areas
in respective countries
:: Set up offices infrastructures
:: Built, motivated and retained a world-class team with more than a hundred employees
throughout Latin America offices
:: Prepared monthly reports and communications to the CEO and investors of the group
Earlier Umbro.com, Edmardo Galli was president of Todosport Brazil Ltda., part of the Todosport
Network Inc. - a North American sports oriented dotcom headquartered in Miami - being responsible
for the general direction and management of the 60-employee-company based in Sao Paulo.
As an entrepreneur, has founded an incubator company, the Galli Group, aimed at fostering
entrepreneurship in the Latin American digital media market (www.galligroup.com.br).
Among the enterprises funded and managed by the incubator are successful companies such as
10'Minutos Ltda. (a stablished interactive marketing agency in the Latin American market);
Media Rights Ltda (leader in the Brazilian market of digital rights); and Smart Kids Ltda
(online company leader in the kids educational content market).
Prior to the digital market, Galli has achieved a successful artistic career in the entertainment
market.
As a musician, created and performed on several popular music groups including two of major
pop bands in Brazil (Heróis da Resistência and Hanói-Hanói).
In dramaturgy, co-wrote the famous TV series "Confissões de Adolescente" - a Franco-Brazilian
production created for Bandeirantes TV (Brazil) and TF1, the major broadcast television in France.
Galli has also wrote the bestseller "Cara Metade", holding the best selling book position in
its category for several weeks.
Galli is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish. Intermediate proficiency in Japanese.
Ricardo Sdei
CEO | Partner
Responsible for all the company's rights acquisition and corporate alliances.
Prior to Media Rights, Mr. Sdei worked with Mr. Galli in Umbro.com and Todosport Network.
For the years prior to joining Umbro.com, Mr. Sdei worked for leading sporting companies
such as Nike and Reebok.
Mr. Ricardo Sdei has been working in a straight line with soccer agency, players, and
teams for more almost 10 years.
Mr. Sdei holds a degree in "Fine Arts" from the Sao Paulo Bellas Artes University.
Martha Bevilacqua
Chief Operating Officer
Martha Bevilacqua holds a Masters Degree in Interactive Telecommunications
from New York University.
As a pioneer in the multi-media and Internet industry, has functioned as an
experienced consultant and hands-on contributor as well as in executive and
strategic roles in the United States, UK and Brazil. Such experiences have
required defining project scopes, developing project plans and delivering
results within budget and ahead of plan throughout North, Latin and South America.
Prior to Media Rights, Martha was head of operations of Umbro.com - a soccer oriented e-commerce
operation headquartered in London, with operations throughout Europe, EUA and Latin America - being
responsible for the strategy and overall direction of the e-commerce and content portal operations.
In 1999, Martha worked as COO of Todosport Network, Inc., a sports oriented dotcom headquartered
in the U.S. with operations throughout Latin and South America, setting up, integrating, and
managing five Production Departments - Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico & Colombia.
From 1995-1997, Ms. Bevilacqua worked as Production Manager at Mlab - the pioneer and
leading Brazilian-based Internet development firm - in charge for clients such as Shell,
Xerox, Microsoft, and Itaú.
Since 1997, has been teaching on various universities such as PUC (catholic university of
Rio de Janeiro) and MSPN | SP. During this period, has formed several professionals,
structured departments and implemented processes and methodologies for companies in EUA,
Latin America and Europe.
Martha Bevilacqua manages all Media Rights' operations.
J. Kosminsky
VP Distribution & Product Development
Mr. Kosminsky is graduated in journalism, with pos-graduation in marketing and communication.
He works with digital Medias since 1999. He has been working in important companies like
Folha de S. Paulo, Salutia, O Site and Umbro.com, where he was responsible for all digital
media content of great Brazilian teams such as Sao Paulo, Flamengo and Santos and great players
as Romario and Denilson.
Mr. Kosminsky is responsible for all distribution and content development at Media Rights.
